Very central location, clean rooms, good shower facilities

The room lacked adequate storage for belongings!!! The noise levels are intrusive, even with earplugs!!! Also, the unpleasant smell seeping in from the bathroom could use some attention!!!

Great for those who want a simple base

We were able to leave our luggage before check-in and when we checked out, which really helped us enjoy the day without dragging bags around. The location was close to a lot of great shops and restaurants, and with free coffee available in the lobby, it started our day on the right foot.

It wasn't budget-friendly by any means, but still reasonable for the value we got.

acostar has a perfect location with tram stops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. the bed was super comfortable, and the blackout drapes worked wonders for a good night's sleep. i loved the helpfulness of the staff, especially ida, who assisted with a room setup change without any hassle. plus, the free coffee in the morning was a nice touch!
